Today we went to our "new house" with this guy that does the 203 k loan, to see what we had to fix up. He was going through and inspecting it all, and we had to give him a list of what we wanted.

He probably thought we were nuts! We gave him so many things that we want to change... from floors to fireplaces to windows to light fixtures... you name it, we wanted it fixed.

Im just worried that not all of it will get done... then ill be forced to live in some gross house. Its going to be cutting it close too, we have to close on march 15th and then get all the work done and move in by march 31st. I feel like ive written about that already... hmmmm

Anyways, john and i went to look at Lowes for ideas after, we got bored pretty quick. I have no idea how to match colors and textures and what looks good with what!!

We ate at Plaza Azteca too, which was ok seeing that we were semi fighting the whole lunch.

Tommorrow we are supposed to get the estimate for how much all the repairs will cost.. good luck to us!!
